This months’ limited-edition bar is Bergamot and ground Pink Peppercorn. This is a blend of two house chocolates (milk & dark) to give a richer award winning 50% milk chocolate. This is then paired with bergamot orange and the headiness of ground pink peppercorn. These two marry perfectly for a smooth delicious chocolate bar.
Chew to break down the chocolate, then allow to melt on your tongue to develop the full flavour. You will start with the bergamot orange and then this moves into the ground pink pepper. Delicious!
