Jacqui’s background is in textiles sales, seeing new products through from the briefing stage to their arrival in store. So, when Paul decided to set up a chocolate business, Jacqui was keen to get involved in setting up the company branding and supporting Paul in the background, whilst still working full time. Based on the success of Choc Amor in its first year, Jacqui took the decision to leave her corporate career and join Paul full time, indulging her own passion for chocolate and baking.
Today, Jacqui heads up sales, marketing and implementation for Choc Amor and ensures that Paul’s chocolate creations not only taste amazing but that they look just as good as they taste!
Jacqui’s favourite Choc Amor flavour is Salt Liquorice because she not only loves liquorice, but feels that salt and chocolate work perfectly together. On days when she needs something sweeter, she would choose Salt Caramel Blonde.
