Tasting Notes

Maybe the thought of chocolate & curry seems wrong, but we promise it is so right!  Chew to break down the full flavour starting with intense chocolate orange, followed by high notes of cardamom, then ginger and then a little heat at the back of your throat from the curry.  The sweetness you’re tasting down the side of your mouth is pink Himalayan salt. The curry is now getting stronger, but there’s still a background taste of orange.  One of our biggest award winners.
