Bar of the Month (single origin chocolate)

This months’ limited-edition bar is Nutty Ginger. This is made from our single origin milk 41% house chocolate. We have done the same as last month by making a bar cavity so that we can add liquid stem ginger followed by crystalised stem ginger pieces and then topped off with milk chocolate hazelnut praline.   Is it good, OH YES!

Chew to break down the chocolate, NOOOOO! Just keep chewing till it is all gone exactly like last months. Please don’t share, you have been warned. Sweet milk chocolate, nuts and stem ginger, Such a great paring. Delicious!
