This months’ limited-edition bar is Lime & Sea Salt. This is made from our single origin dark 61% house chocolate which we have blended with lime and sea salt. A truly zingy experience on the taste buds. Leaves you craving a little more. This was originally made for a very old customer in Clitheroe who would order 6 bars every few months.

This one is just a melt on the tongue. Lime and a touch of sweetness from the sea salt work together perfectly. Delish!
